Prototyping
1-5 daysWe produce physical samples for your evaluation. Blank structural samples verify the box structure, while fully printed samples confirm colors, finishes, and overall presentation.
Mass Production
10-15 working daysOnce the sample is approved and deposit received, we proceed with full-scale production. Our automated lines and strict QC protocols ensure consistent quality across every unit.
Quality Inspection
1-2 daysEvery production batch undergoes comprehensive outgoing quality control (OQC) inspection following AQL 2.5 standards. We check dimensions, color, print quality, and structural integrity.

IQC
Incoming Quality Control
Inspection of all incoming raw materials — paper, ink, adhesives. We verify material weight, thickness, moisture content, and color consistency before entering production.
IPQC
In-Process Quality Control
Real-time monitoring during every production stage. Operators and QC inspectors check print registration, color density, die-cut accuracy, and lamination quality.
OQC
Outgoing Quality Control
Final comprehensive inspection before packing and shipping. Following AQL 2.5 statistical sampling standard, we check appearance, dimensions, functionality, and packaging.
